Holly Van Poots
Holly has been teaching group fitness for over 25 years and loves coming up with creative classes for all fitness levels. Her background includes a BS in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech as well as BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training. She is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), holds a primary group exercise certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and is a FiTOUR-certified advanced yoga instructor. She has completed additional fitness qualifications in Piloxing Barre, PiYo, TRX Suspension Training, strength and conditioning, and indoor cycling. She is also a registered dietitian nutritionist with a private practice in Harrisonburg, Virginia, specializing in integrative and functional nutrition care for all ages.
